Chelsea striker Torres completes two-year loan switch to AC Milan

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has joined AC Milan on a two-year loan deal.

The 30-year-old will play for the Serie A giants, following three-and-a-half years at Stamford Bridge, in which he helped the Blues lift the Champions League, the Europa League and the FA Cup.

A statement on the west London club's website said: "Chelsea Football Club thanks Fernando for his service during the past four seasons and wishes him the very best for his loan in Italy."
